What the "The Unofficial Guide to Ireland 2009" says about us:
Doolin lost a much needed good restaurant but gained a wonderful place to stay when Anne Hughes closed her Lazy Lobster and turned the premises into this pleasant little inn. The Half Door B&B is many cuts above the B&B standard; The sun-filled lounge is a welcoming place to linger, and the large guest rooms are decorated in a warmly contemporary style, with tasteful fabrics and prints. Several rooms accommodate families or multiple families, and a few units can be combined for extra space and privacy.
Anne
is on hand with advice about visiting the Burren, the Aran Islands and other nearby attractions, adding much to the appeal of one of the great places to stay in the West.
